象の鼻テラス・パーク周辺を使ったパフォーマンスを2012年9月に上演するGRINDER-MANのタグチさんが、設計者である小泉さんと共にテラス・パークから、山下公園・中華街・元町までを散策します。小泉さん自ら語る設計コンセプトや、甘酸っぱい想い出のある二人による「街」の成り立ちまで及んだエピソードをお楽しみ下さい。

学校建築、ホール、環境配慮建築を主軸に、住宅から公共建築、広場、まちづくりまで幅広く手がける。横浜での主要作品として、開港150周年事業である「象の鼻パーク／テラス」(2009)、環境配慮の実証住宅「ＥＮＥＯＳ創エネハウス」(2009)、横浜駅西口の商業ビル「ＣＲＡＮＥ ＹＯＫＯＨＡＭＡ」(2009)、街の集会場「黄金町高架下スタジオ」(2011)などがある。小泉アトリエ・パートナー／首都大学東京大学院教授

1973年横浜生まれ。パフォーマンス作品全般の構成、演出から作品空間のディレクションまで幅広く舞台意匠にこだわりを持つ。モノや音、光といった要素を人間が規格化される要因とみなして、身体に収まりきらない「ヒトのゆらぎ」の体現を指向する。須藤元気率いる「WORLD ORDER」の舞台演出（2012年7月）や、理化学研究所脳科学総合研究センターとの恊働によるパフォーマンス作品「MIRAGE」（2012年8月）の構成・演出など外部への表現提供も始めており、様式をいとわない表現志向は舞台空間にとどまらない。
